How Veloxis Intelligence collects, uses and protects personal information submitted through this website.
Who we are
Veloxis Intelligence is a company registered in the United States, with teams in the Middle East and Southern Africa. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Veloxis Intelligence. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@veloxisintelligence.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a revenue diagnostic or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, organisation, role, your organisation’s size and the area you want help with.
Information that stays on your device. The revenue check calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent to us. The diagnostic form saves an unsent draft in your browser’s local storage so you do not lose your progress; it is removed when you submit.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and deliver the diagnostic or consultation you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business — for example website hosting, form handling and email — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell personal information.
International transfers
We work across the United States, the Middle East and Southern Africa, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to protect it, consistent with applicable data-protection laws (including POPIA, the UAE PDPL and the GDPR where they apply).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record — usually no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case our client agreement applies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@veloxisintelligence.com. We will respond within the time required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
